Hello!

We are using the app "Quote of the day". When the user switches the language to german, the app works fine.

But when english is chosen, the app shows only this:

 

QuoteOfTheDay. Error: com.atlassian.cache.CacheException

 

What can we do?

Hi @Kerschbaummayr Simon ,

unfortunately I don't think there's much it could be done. The application is not supported by vendor, so they would probably won't help you, but you can still try to contact them.

From the error message it is not clear what's going on. You can try to look into the logs, whether there's more information.

To be honest, I would recommend you to just uninstall it, if it is causing you problems. I don't know your users, but it seems to me it won't be great loss for your company.
