Query related to "User statistics" Macro

Gurinder Singh September 26, 2021

Hello Team

Can you please let me know how to use "User Statistics' Macro ,who developed this macro? Was it Atlassian? and how to use the macro,

We tried to generate report using "User Statistics' Macro but all time we get variance, please help us to resolve below queries:

    1. Let us know how we can identify this is an accurate report (given the variance one of the questions will be how do we know this is accurate?) we need certification from the vendor.
    2. Also, why is the report different? The original report was generated using this query:

SELECT s.spacename, s.spacekey, s.spacetype, s.spacestatus, s.creationdate, s.lastmoddate, u.lower_username FROM spaces AS s JOIN user_mapping u ON s.creator = u.user_key ORDER BY s.spacekey;

Lastmoddate at this <spaces> table yields only 80+ spaces with a lastmoddate greater than Jan 2020… the question I need an answer to is why this query says 80+ and the Macro report says 400+.

Space Url :; https://conflu.allstate.com/

Thanks,

Gurinder

@Gurinder Singh Welcome to the Atlassian Community

From the URL it looks like you are on Server and not cloud.  Cloud and Server do not have a User Statistics Macro that is delivered.  There is a Macro called Usage Statics that is delivered on Server and created by Atlassian.  You can learn more about how it works here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/macros-139387.html#Macros-Macrousagestatistics
