Project Request Form

Is there a way to create a Project Request Form for users to submit requests for the tech team (example) to make updates/edits to a particular application but that it can be saved in a particular space in Confluence?

Hi @PC Sanders - welcome to the community!

I've never seen a project request form, but you can create your own template and put it in any space you want to.

To create a template in a space:

  1. Go to the space in Confluence Cloud.

  2. Select Space Settings from the sidebar.

  3. Select Templates from the Look and feel card.

  4. Select Create new template.

This article will show you the rest of the way: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-template/
