Our organization is trying to update profile pictures but when we go to both the profile page and "manage my account", when you click on upload picture, nothing happens. Users can upload header pictures to their profile with no issue, but not a profile picture.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

I know that we had an incident that was preventing users from uploading avatar photos, and I think it might be what you were encountering. Could you take a look and confirm?

If so, I believe the problem was fixed on the 14th. Can you confirm if you're still having the problem?
