Problem with import File

Question

1- we cannot import a file greater than 100MB.

Apparently Confluence has an upload file size limitation of 100MB.

Is there a solution to be able to attach large files?

2- We have a problem to import a word document we have a problem :

Unable to import this file
We have encountered issues because the file type may be incorrect, or the file is password protected or read-only.

I don't understand why we got this error message?

Hi @El Khoury, Simona (ITDV BI) - AF (ext) welcome to the community.  You should be able to adjust your attachment size in the Atlassian Settings.  This article is for Server, but it's in the same spot: Configuring-file-attachments  It's in the Advanced Section under 'Attachments'

So Settings / System / Atvanced Section / Attachments.  So if you're a System Admin, you should be able to change the attachment size there.
