@Anushri Kanaskar What add-on do you use?

My team has developed two solutions for numbered headings:

- Numbered Headings for Confluence

- Content Formatting Macros for Confluence

If you use one of these apps - please let me know or reach out to our support abrown@adaptavist.com. We will be happy to help you! :)

@Anushri Kanaskar I do not believe you are referring to our app Numbered Headings by Easy Apps but I can say that in order to put the numbered headings in place it is normal to run an update which shows as a new version.

Your best bet is to evaluation 1-2 more apps, there are a few options on the marketplace, ever the prices vary, as I get the impression your client isn't particularity happy with what is demoing.
