I have created a global template and it is mapped to a main template. While creating new ticket in Confluence board i'm facing with an error "You may not have permission to add pages in the destination space. Check permissions, or edit the space key in the Create From Template macro." What is the reason for this error and how to rectify it.
Hi @Dhashinamoorthy S and welcome to the community,
Can you edit this specific template and cross check the "Create From" macro has the proper space key in it?
@Alex Koxaras _Relational_ Yes i have checked and "Create from" macro is working fine with proper space. I'm facing issue only for the template which i have created. I can access others created template as well.

@Alex Koxaras _Relational_ Yes i have created a global template and using the global template i shall create multiple stories based on my requirement.
Previously i had created new stories which will display the template created from global template.
But since few weeks i'm facing this problem not able to create new stories.

Since you are working on cloud there could be a release that somehow changed the way the templates worked (or components of the template). There also could be the case, that someone messed your template.
For all the above reasons I would cross check the already created template again and make sure that every parameter/macro/variable there are set correctly.

@Dhashinamoorthy S sorry for the confusion of me reply. To reply to your comment:
@Alex Koxaras _Relational_ Thanks for the reply, in previous comment you have mentioned you will crosscheck the created template macros and revert me the details. Hence i am awaiting for your reply.
What I meant with the following reply of mine:

Is that you have to do the above. "If I were you I would cross check the already.....". I don't have access to your site and I'd like to keep it that way.
