Hey,
many of our confluence spaces have been set up using not only groups for permissions but also individual permissions (in some cases only individual permissions managing 10's-100's of people!)
As an organisation we would prefer that all permissions are set up using Active Directory which would control the confluence groups that you are in and that the use of individual permissions configured for a space is kept to a minimum.
The main reasons why are:
* To ensure access is only given where necessary
* The use of AD groups via IT Services should be standard practice
* To remove access via AD when it is no longer required
Is there a way to configure a periodic report that will show us which spaces have individual user permissions set so that these can be monitored and the main IT Service team can then work with the Space owners to keep permissions clean and tidy.
