Panels do not align top

I have 3 panels on my wiki page inside a section.  The first 2 panels align top and the third does not.  It appears that the 3rd panel has a space above but there is not.  What am I doing wrong?  Thank you.

I have this same issue - was a there a resolution here? No matter how we change the dimensions, panels show white space either above or below one panel in a row. The macro worked fine prior to a cloud migration.
