If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.
I haven't accessed Atlassian in about 2 years but I need to access it now.

after 2 years I’m sure the instance has been decommissioned. You would need to contact Atlassian support directly to find out for sure. You could always spin up a new instance.
When you contact support select Billing option.
