Hi All,
I received an error when I tried to send an Approval Request to my Supervisor.
I have sent many Approval Requests before, and it was working fine, now I prompted with this error message "You do not have a valid license. Please contact your space administrator'."
I saw previous question here, and the answer was to buy the license after the trial period had ended; that is not the case on my side, we already purchased the license months ago, and again, things were working just fine.
Any idea of what causes this?
The feature you're using is only available thru a marketplace app. That needs its own license.
If you're on monthly plan, the app license must be renewed every month - by way of paying the invoice. So I'd check if everything is in order there. (Same applies to annual plans but on 12-month billing period).
If you have multiple Confluence sites, each site must have its own app license.
If all billing, permissions, etc. matters are in order, and the app is still active on your site, then I'd contact the app vendor to get assistance.

What confluence App are you using for approval process?

It seems no such native functionality of page approval in confluence Cloud. Do you have any screenshot for the approval UI?

Yeah, that's an app that you must purchase from the Atlassian marketplace.

Hi @Kristian Klima
So now Atlassian shifted the Approve feature to an App? and we have to install it?
This was not the case when I was requesting approvals..

Approve feature was never a part of Confluence - you were using an app all along. The screenshot that you shared comes from an app.
Besides, Atlassian cannot shift a feature to an app. Apps are created by independent companies. It's very much like apps on Apple's App store or Google Play.
