Page Access

The admin to our page recently left the company. How can I change my access to admin? Also how can I add access to other members?

You would need to know what Space the page belongs to.  If you are the confluence admin, you can go to confluence configuration -> space permissions , locate the space, click on recover permissions then manage permission. This would allow you to add the permissions for yourself
