PDF Macro throws error

Dear community,

 

I want to use the pdf macro. I uploaded the pdf to the page and added it to the macro. When I go to the page, the following error is shown:

In other cases, the uploaded pdf is not choosable in the macro:

 error2.png

"no compatible documents".

What is the problem here?

Hi @Katja N.

Is it happening to all PDF files or specific ones?

What is the size of the file?

Please, open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any error on the console tab when you add the PDF macro.

Have you tested using another browser?

Is it affecting other users?
