Did you mean:

Owner - you can now change the variable, but how do you access it in a document?

Lars Olesen July 31, 2023

I appreciate very much that Confluence now supports the concept of a Owner role, and that you can change the person assigned as Owner for a page.

However, I haven't found any way, e.g. a macro, to access the value of the Owner variable on a page.

I find that rather odd. The first thing you will like to have stated in a document header is who owns the document (especially if you want to print the document). But there seems to be no way to access the value of the Owner in Confluence Cloud.

Please tell me I'm wrong.

@Lars Olesen Currently nothing like that exists.  I would suggest submitting an enhancement request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
