Output of UWC is text files.

The output of the export step of my Universal Wiki Converter is .txt files, not xml or html. When I then run the converter step, it gives me the "CONVERTER_ERROR Error while parsing xml. Skipping" message. I don't see anythin in the exporter.mediawiki.properties file that sets the output.

Assuming the converter for Confluence needs .xml, what do I do to get .xml out of the exporter?

I'm working with an old (1.5.8, 1996) Mediawiki installation, and a recent (3.13.0) UWC.

Looks like the files are supposed to be output as .txt.
