Obligation to comment

In the server version, the comment field was not as hidden as in the cloud version.  Often people forget to comment because of this. 

Is it possible to set the comment field as mandatory?

Where are you looking to make the comment mandatory?

For example, you could do it within the Workflow by:

• Creating a Screen (to allow for a comment to added; you don't need any fields on the screen)
• Adding the Screen to each Workflow transition
• Add a Validator to the Workflow to require a comment during the transition

We can use the "Field required validator during this transition. But you have to make sure that on that specific transition you have attached at least an empty screen (so that the comment field will be visible):
