OS X Lion Wiki to Confluence

Can anyone offer any experience or assistance with exporting/converting an OS X Lion Wiki to Confluence 4.x?

Hi Fred,

I'm not familiar with this wiki, however there's the https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AET/The+Universal+Wiki+Converter that is capable of migrating content from other wikis to Confluence.
