Notifications have differing From lines

Running Confluence Server 6.2.0.

I have a mail server set up with the "from name" Foo.

Sometimes I get notifications with a From line of Foo and sometimes it says Confluence..

I have not been able to determine a consistent way to replicate this issue but it happens a lot.

It looks like sometimes notifications use the "From name" in the mail server configuration and sometimes use the Global Configuration Site Name for the From line in the emails. As long as these two values are the same then all good. Well less bad anyways.
