Not the same result in Confluence and Jira with the same JQL filter

Hi,
Using confluence cloud and jira cloud, I do not get the same results for the same JQL line; the jira results are what I expect, but the confluence results seems not to take my exceptions.
Here is the JQL statement:
sprint = 402 AND ( description is EMPTY or (description !~ '%Acceptance %' AND type != Task)) AND type != Sub-task

Jira shows the 7 issues I am expecting; Confluence does not seem to understand the ''or (description !~ '%Acceptance %' AND type != Task)'' of my statement.

Can someone help me there, please?
Thank you!
