we are using Atlassian cloud and we are using confluence as our documentation. we want to share the document with an external user. the user is getting a notification on his email id, however, while trying to have a look at documentation he sees this error.
"can not read document >>Your email address smikhlevskiy@yandex.ua doesn't have access to adventgrp.atlassian.net
We've all got more than one email address these days - are you using the right one?
If you're certain you should have access with smikhlevskiy@yandex.ua, contact your administrator."
You could try it this way I believe as an anonymous user from outside the wall. If you want to build a customer facing KB, then that is a different story.
