We have migrated Confluence from Jira cloud to On premise Server. After we migrated we are not able to find the sysadmin account which needed for system activities. we have also tried creating on account not able to provide the system admin roles. If any one know kindly assist.
A Cloud download includes a sysadmin account which you should be able to log straight into with a password of sysadmin.
