Not able to configure page properties macro

Hello
Im a little new with confluence. I have created a page and put in the page properties report macro. However when I go back to configure the macro, I can see the blue icon but clicking it doesnt give me the window to change options
We are using some other macros will allow me to change options. But I'm having the same problem above with the road map planner macro.
What are my options to resolve this. Tried another browser and still same issue
