Hi community,
No user is receiving any email notification, whether commenting, watching, or being tagged.
Please note: I do have the Email notifications enabled from the amin console
We're Confluence Cloud and Jira Premium.
Emails are working from Jira, just not from Confluence.
You will need to create a support ticket.
Email settings are not configurable in the cloud, at least not by us users. If you look at the "Related Community content" on the right side of this page, support has stepped in on some questions and found emails blocked on the Atlassian side, which could be what has happened here, however, who knows as it's all a black box.
