No comment scroll bar in Confluence comments.

When I create a comment, the editor does not resize or scroll. Once I type beyond the text box, I cannot see what I am typing.

I believe scrollbars are controlled by CSS properties:

If you inspect element on a Confluence comment, you'll see overflow:hidden. You'll want to change this to overflow:scroll in the global stylesheet or space stylesheet within confluence.
