I'm trying to onboard for Study.com and it asks me to login to Confluence, but I don't have a username or password. How do I get those?

I'm afraid you have to send an email to the study.com team and grant you product access. But before doing that, you should create an atlassian account. Do that by going here https://id.atlassian.com/signup
