Hi, I'm admin and invite a new user to confluence. When user received the invitation and try to register, the registration page has no response after he click 'Continue'.
The other users who have already activated the account can successfully login.
This issue was firstly found on 8Nov2023, before that time, users can also register successfully.
We noticed there is a network issue after clicking 'Continue', please check the screenshot below.
Can you advise what can be done for this problem? Thanks!
That says its from recaptcha. This is a authentication tool that generally checks for bots.
To confirm, no others have this issue?
Ask your user to check a couple things:
1. Test on another browser.
2. Do they have any popup or javascript blockers running? If so, disable them.

Hi Ben, this issue is resolved as I click the invitation and can register successfully for the user. It maybe due to different laptop browser setup. Thanks for your advise!
