Need a idea on my Risk report getting automatically updated using Jira projects

I have a report page called Risk registry in Confluence and I want it to get automatically upadated when Risks are marked in Jira for any projects. This means that If I mark any issue as risk in Jira it should automatically get updated in Risk registry on Confluence

Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's nice to meet you.

Generally speaking, you can automatically update Confluence with data from Jira by using the Jira issues macro.  You can create a search filter and use that in the macro to display the search results.

Can you tell me how you are marking issues as risk in Jira and what macros you're using in Confluence to generate the report page?
