My comments are not showing on a confluence page unless I am editing the page

I can add new comments on the page and when I am in editing mode I can see them. I have seen posts saying they appear a couple of hours later for other people with a similar problem, but I made the changes yesterday. There were no issues on the page before and historical comments are displaying when viewing the page, but since yesterday the new ones are not showing up unless I am in editing mode. There are no unpublished changes on the page. How can I resolve this?

I have the same issue - all the comments are there in Edit mode, but when I publish, no-one can see them.
