My Confluence server is starting without a login box

I upgraded my confluence server, and it is startnig up, but when I visit the page for it, labelled 'Log In' It shows a blank, white pane where the uname/pw would be.

With the expectation that it is an addon causing this I would like to know;
Which explicit directory contains the confluence client installed addons,
/plugins-osgi-cache/transformed-plugins/ ?
Which are loaded with Confluence on installation?


As well, is the configuration for the addons contained in the jar files or elsewhere?

I suspect this may be due to an out-of-date plugin, and as there are a lot of .jar files in the confluence home directory, I would like to know; Which explicit directory contains the confluence addons, which are necessary, and is the configuration for the addons contained in the jar files or elsewhere?
