Migration destination never sets in Migration Assistant

Hi.

I'm trying to move to confluence cloud and I have installed the migration assistant add-on. After going through the first step and arriving where I need to choose the cloud site, I get redirected to a new page and choose my site. After this I am redirected back to the assistant but the cloud site isn't visible (not selected) so I cannot move forward.

Add-on version is latest. Confluence is 6.1.1. I am on a Mac with latest OSX and I tried in Chrome and Firefox with the same result.

Update: I also tried on Windows 10 with Chrome and Edge with the same result

Update 2: Upgraded Confluence to 6.13.0 - still same error.

Any suggestions?

For those who might stumble across this, I resolved the issue after doing 2 things (not sure which one helped or if it needs both).

1. I was behind an apache proxy and went to the direct URL

2. I disabled Crowd SSO

After that, I was able to migrate.
