Members are suddenly deleted/removed from a group. Urgent!

Hello together,

I have a serious problem with Jira.

Users that are in a group just suddenly lose their permissions for a project and are automatically removed from the group. I have to add the user into the group again.

This has happened a about 5 times now in the last 2 weeks and can not go on like this.

I tried to solve it by making a new group and adding all the users. Gave it a new name and everyone in it the Service Desk permission. For some time it went well but just today in the morning another user lost his SD-permission.

Hopefully someone can help here. Thanks and best regards

Hello,

If your users are synced with an external system (Active Directory, from example). Then make sure that these users are not removed from these groups in this external system.
