Hi, everyone. I have a knowledge base in my Help Desk space which is connected to my Jira Help Desk project. I want to start to fulfill it. I want to build a user-friendly structure for this. Like I want to have a main page with search bar and hyper links of FAQs article page and other important pages like How-to articles, troubleshooting articles and so on. And the main point is that I want this main page to be the first page is opened when customers open this space, and then they can go to other pages by clicking the links.
I also have a question about how my articles will be displayed in Jira. It wont be a main page? And all articles will be just displayed as a list in portal? I would like my customers to have the same main page as in Confluence for easier access to articles.
I hope I made my intentions clear and will be very glad if you could help me and explain everything in a detail.
