Macro trying to trigger desired label filter

Andrew Mills May 10, 2018

Good day all, in our space we have 2 projects.  Both projects have a page called Requirements

X - Requirements
Y - Requirements

When ever we want to create a new requirement we build the template add the page and give that page the labels - 'X' or 'Y' and 'requirement'

Two labels.

So when we build the macro properties report, we only want to see pages with the labels X or Y + requirements.

We have the macro, but the label filter is acting as ORs instead of ANDs.

I expect the pseudo code to be like : Only show pages with the following labels.
Instead it seems like the language is like: Show me any pages with any of these labels attached to it.

Is it possible to restrict the filter to only show specific pages that have ALL of the following labels?

Hi, Andrew,

Thank you for detailing the issue.

In order to show only the pages with tags 'requirements' and 'y', for example, please do the following:

1. Double click the Page Properties Report macro.
2. On the first Label* box, type the "requirements" label.
3. Click on 'Add a filter > choose Label.
4. Add on this second Label box the other label you want, 'y'.
5. Click on Preview to check the result.
6. Click on Insert.

This will make that only the pages with both 'requirements' and 'y' will appear on the results.

Best regards,
Thais
