I'm creating a page in my personal page and want to know how I make a word clickable for a flow chart to pop up. Essentially make one of my words a link for a flow chart to pop up.

Hello Jason and welcome to the Community!
If I'm understanding correctly, you're wanting a link to a word document that then pops up the document within the same window to display content, in this case, a workflow.
If your files are hosted or attached within Confluence you can also simply link to the files, though they won't open in a pop-up, more information on linking can be found at Insert links.
