Macro names suddenly stutter

Hello, 

I have recognized that the macro names suddenly stutter (Confluence) in the editing mode.

Here are 2 examples - Content by keyword and Display of sub-pages (our pages are german):

Can you tell me if that is a concern? I'm afraid that all of our pages with macros will be broken.

After the last big update (layout etc.) some years ago we had to convert every single page. We can not do this again every 2 years.

Update 2:

Okay... now everything is again german und correct. Maybe just a hiccup.

Update:

After saving the changes once the macro names turned to english.

Is it necessary to save each page again? Is there a deadline? What happens if I don't change each page?
