Macro “Create from template” cannot be used when using Microsoft Edge - known bug?

Unfortunately, the macro “Create from template” cannot be used on a page.

There seems to be a bug here... every time the macro is selected from the suggestion list, nothing happens.

The problem could be worked around when using the "Firefox" browser. The macro could be selected and configured with the "Firefox" browser.

After using Firefox to insert and configure, the macro still works in Edge too.

Workaround: The macro could be selected and used in the "Firefox" browser.

I've tried this on the exact build edge version without any problem. The template button was working without a problem.

good tip!

I actually have (only) one extension, namely 'DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials'.

Edge Erweiterung - DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials.png

After I deactivated the extension, the macro works again in Edge.

Test erfolgreich - 'Create from template' macro - without Extension 'DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials'.png
