Hi everyone,
We would like to export our Lucidchart diagrams to Confluence Whiteboard but it looks like that isn't possible. I have tried svg, png, csv, etc. and this wasn't possible since Whiteboard isn't rendering any of the diagrams via Files or Import.
It's worth noting that copying/pasting from Lucidchart to draw.io worked without any issue.
The alternative is going to involve recreating some Lucidchart diagrams manually in Confluence Whiteboard which isn't a fun time.
Hi Evan! Today we support PDF import, so if you export your Lucidchart whiteboard as a PDF and select our 'whiteboard import' icon from the more menu in the main toolbar (see image attached), you will be prompted to navigate and find your file. Then you can import this PDF/image onto the whiteboard.
Thank you. We would still want to be able to edit the imported diagram which the pdf import doesn't allow for.
For now, we will import pdfs and have to recreate them from lucidchart as needed.

@Christina Ristevski I saw you said "Today we support PDF import".
Are there plans to add import from lucid soon?
We have a large backlog of historical lucid diagrams but we want to convert them, not just have them be a static image or PDF.
Thanks!

Hey @Marcus Little we're investigating what a potential solution to this could look like!

We are ready to move away from Lucid for this solution as soon as there is feature parity.

SAME! I am working with our leadership team to use more of the Atlassian suite for users that don't need technical diagraming. Right now, the shapes in a whiteboard are rather limited so technical design would still need to use lucid (unless that is a new feature coming soon). Having the ability to import and edit lucid diagrams (instead of redo the diagram or work from a static pdf) would really tip the scales to moving us over to the Premium Subscription.
