Upon inserting a lucid chart into a confluence page, this pop-up appears, successfully auto-logins in another tab, and then loops me back to this popup. How do I break this loop and insert my chart?
I have the same problem with the Brave browser.
It is fixed by allowing cookies for abcxyz.atlassian.net/ particularly.
I am having this problem August 2024 and no solution yet???
We use Microsoft SSO for both Atlassian and Lucid

Same issues on my end. I got one site logged in without issue and I'm seeing this on all the other's I've attempted. I've tried clearing my cache and history to make sure it's using the login provide and it just loops. Love some help on this one.

Have a user who is experiencing the same exact behavior except our Lucid is SSO'ed to Azure AD cloud

Is your Lucid Chart acount using Google to login? Do you use Google to login to Atlassian? Are they different Google Accounts?
