Hi Atlassian Community,
I recently changed the primary domain name of our email addresses in Google Workspace. After making this change, I lost my admin access to our Atlassian Cloud instance at gumon.atlassian.net.
Here are the details:
Steps I took before the issue occurred:
Since changing the domain, I no longer have admin access to manage our Atlassian products.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? What steps can I take to regain my admin access? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
