Lost Admin Access After Changing Primary Domain Name in Google Workspace

Hi Atlassian Community,

I recently changed the primary domain name of our email addresses in Google Workspace. After making this change, I lost my admin access to our Atlassian Cloud instance at gumon.atlassian.net.

Here are the details:

  • Atlassian Cloud URL: gumon.atlassian.net
  • Change Made: Changed the primary domain name in Google Workspace
  • Issue: Lost admin access after changing the email domain

Steps I took before the issue occurred:

  1. Logged into Google Workspace as an admin.
  2. Changed the primary domain name for our email addresses.
  3. Did not make any changes directly within Atlassian products.

Since changing the domain, I no longer have admin access to manage our Atlassian products.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? What steps can I take to regain my admin access? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
