Login on mobile failed - issue with identity provider

Hi,

I cannot login on Confluence using my mobile (android). The message that comes up says "There seems to be an issue with your identity provider. Wait a few moments, then try again".

I waited, tried again, same message. I have reinstalled the app, same issue.

Any ideas how to solve this.

Please share a few more details -

  • Which Atlassian site are you looking to access ?
  • Can you access the site directly via web browser ?
  • Please request the admin of the site to open a ticket at support.atlassian.com , so that we can check if your account has access setup correctly.

Hi Abhay,

The site is called "chilecracy.atlassian.net". I can get access to it via a browser. The mobile app hits trouble when logging in.
