Listing all artefacts in a menu format for our customers (using JSD)

Hi Everyone,

Hoping you can help!  We have set up our Customers with Jira Service Desk and we would like to start using Confluence.  We have uploaded many documents but Customers can only access them if they know they artefact name (or label) which is not really user friendly.

Is there a way to display the list of artefact titles on the left hand side so Customers can easily see what documents have been uploaded and then click on the title as a link to access the document?

Hello @michelle_bouvard !

I believe that when you say artefacts and documents you mean files that have been attached to Confluence.

If that is indeed the case, you can create a page to display specific (or all) attachments in a space by using the Attachments Macro. Here we have more details on this macro:
