List of Inactive Users on Cloud Confluence without using SQL Query

Deleted user October 22, 2019

Hi,

We are trying to manage our users to keep our licences within a reasonable number.  I note there is no way within the console to obtain a list of users that are inactive / have not logged in for x period.  I am not a developer so SQL query's are a tad outside my realm.  I've a quick look on market place for an app, but can't see one that works on Cloud...Any suggestions?

Thanks Bianca

Hi @[deleted] ,

Please refer this KB Article from Atlassian on 'How to identify inactive users in Confluence'

https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-identify-inactive-users-in-confluence-214335880.html

Also, refer to this Atlassian issue raised-  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-64260

Thanks,
Manisha

Hi Manisha,

Unfortunately this knowledge base article I've already seen and it essentially tells me to run a SQL query.  As I mentioned I have no idea how to run a SQL query and if I did, where exactly where I would be running this as the data is in the cloud...

Thanks Bianca
