Linking data from a table on Pages

Question

I am looking to have a Parent page with tables.  I would like to have several Child pages that will link up to the Parent page.  For example, if I make a change to the Parent page, it would update in the appropriate Child page.  Can this be created?  If so, how? I don't know if this is an add-in that has to be installed on Confluence.  Any help is appreciated.TIA
