Link to a certain part on other page in Confluence cloud possible?

Hi everybody

I would be able to link to a certain part of another page in the cloud version of Confluence; I get the impression it's impossible. Is that correct?

I don't have admin rights.

Thanks! It's not exactly what I ment, but it's still useful. I will have to rearrange my pages. I wanted to link to a defined word IN a page, but this will do.
