I used to be able to type an open bracket [ to insert a link to another Confluence page, but now the open bracket doesn't seem to work. Any thoughts?

In cloud the shortcuts are different. Also, it may be different if you are using a MAC vs PC.
For Mac, it uses command+K. To find all the shortcuts, follow the link below:
