Space and Global restrictions have been set to allow the external customers to access the page but the issues don't show up on the Jira issue list macro.
I'm not sure if I'm missing a step as I can't find more information on the Knowledge base.

In addition to Confluence access, do these external customers have access to projects in Jira?
Otherwise, I don't think they can see the Jira Issues list.
