Jira filter using the macro to bring it into confluence-- I can see this but no one else can

heather.meadows September 17, 2020

I have used the Jira Issues macro in confluence to bring in an issue filter from Jira Service Desk - I can see the output fine when I publish it, but none of my colleagues  can see it (all have Jira and JSD licence) theu all have access and view rights to see it, - they get this image

Hi @heather.meadows It's possible that you might not have shared the issue filter with your teammates.

You can share your issue filter by hitting details next to the filter name -> edit permissions and select either Project (role)/group/logged in user  and hit save.
