Jira and Confluence Access Issue



I granted a new user a licence to Jira and Confluence and sent them an invite to two service desks.  The user received the invite and accepted it and set up 2FA.  Jira is showing Invitation Pending and the user can only gain access to the portal not to either of the two Service Desks to view/answer tickets?


Any ideas please?

Please add them to jira-servicedesk-users Group and then retry.

Also put them in the Service Desk Project-> Settings->People and add them as Service Desk Team.



Thanks for your response.  I have done both of those things and they still do not have access.


Its strange as its says pending invitation but she has accepted that and I don't seem to have set her up any differently from anyone else.

Please verify the email adress again. Also you can delete the user, refresh the intance and then send it again.



I have verified email address, deleted user and added again.


I will raise a ticket with Atlassian.
