Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question.

DBA team wants to upgrade our database server to MySQL 5.7.23.

I have checked compatibility for our Jira (7.8.0) and Confluence (6.8.0) instances, they are compatible with MySQL 5.7. Does this mean they are compatible with 5.7.23 as well ?

Thanks

Antoine

It usually means the minor versions are supported. So, 5.7.x should work.

I would still recommend doing some testing with your specific version.

Hi Jobin, thanks for your answer.

Can you confirm that the process simply consists of :

  • Shut down jira
  • Upgrade to 5.7.23
  • Start jira

Thanks
