Hi,

I created a few charts to populate on a "Project Dashboard" page that lists projects based on status.

 

These charts are loading on the confluence page's edit mode:

But after publishing, the spinners are stuck on loading in Confluence and on the public article.

Hi @Stephanie Hollman Kowalkowski 

Open your browser's developer console by pressing F12 and navigate to the "Network" tab. Reload the Confluence page and look for any errors related to the Jira Chart widget.

These errors might provide clues about what's preventing the chart from loading
